Automated wall production for prefabricated houses
We developed and implemented an extensive automation solution for our customer FingerHaus: The prefabricated house walls are now paneled completely automatically by a robot. This relieves the employees and increases efficiency.
Automated door production line
A large number of processing and assembly steps are implemented with a high degree of automation in this door production line, whereby a cycle rate of 3.3 doors/minute can be realized with simultaneously very low energy consumption values.
