FAQs
I would like to modernize my production and invest in a machine or system. What does the project procedure look like normally?
You initially get in touch with us (non-binding) and give us the initial key data about your project. Following an intensive design discussion, we analyze the current situation together with you and develop the first suggested solutions as well as a concrete technical offer. We also cordially invite you to visit our company virtually or in person. Once you have checked our offer and commissioned us, we start with the design development and production. We are in close contact and communication with you throughout the entire process. Once the project has been accepted at our plant, we organize the delivery and commissioning of the machine and at the same time offer you a professional training of your employees regarding how to use the machine/system. If questions or problems should arise afterwards, our Service department is available to assist you.
What key data is needed for a machine inquiry?
To start we focus on the first basic questions: For example, would you like to commission a new machine or system, is it regarding a modernization of an existing system, or would you maybe like to automate your production? The material also plays a key role here: Is it wood, plastics, wood laminates, metals, composites or other materials? Every request is different, especially in special machine construction, and that is OK. Your personal contact partner is available to you from the start and will accompany you through the project.
How much does an industrial woodworking machine cost?
You will already guess that we cannot answer this question with a blanket answer. Of course there are guiding prices for individual machines or machining centers, which we have been manufacturing for years. At the same time, however, we are also a special mechanical engineering company and individually adapt our machine concepts to your needs, components, requirements and your production environment. Depending on the task and the degree of automation, every project is different, and so the prices also vary accordingly. So we ask you to please speak with us directly. Our consultations and the offer creation are absolutely non-binding and we look forward to every conversation.
