But our software experts have directly considered one step further: The shortage of skilled workers is raging in the door manufacturing industry - so how about an intuitive machine control system in which doors can be created, machining steps selected, and afterwards the progress can be tracked?!
BETHCoreWeb offers all of this: The machine user is guided through the menu in a simply structured, clear way using graphics and images, and has the possibility to create and produce doors according to individual specifications, independent of the quantity. Special requests from customers in small batches are just as possible as large batch production. Without training, a wide range of door sizes and processing steps are possible within the limits of the specifications. Technical data is entered and the software automatically generates the machine program. Afterwards, the respective doors can be tracked live with corresponding information - which is particularly useful for larger production lines. This makes it almost fun to operate the machine.
On a technical basis, the HTML-based operating concept of BETHCoreWeb uses modern software frameworks such as .NET6, ASP.NET Core and serves interfaces on OPC UA standard as well as via REST APIs, among others. This allows us to fulfill our commitment to be always at the cutting edge of technology.
